Our mission is simple and one that we truly believe in and live by. When I first started Earth, Wind and Rider, my goal was to build something of value in which others could participate, whether they were customers, employees or strangers on the street. I wanted my message to be clear, simple and easy to remember. I believe that quality is a given in both products and services and should be outstanding no matter what your mission. I also believe that a business should always strive to build a place where people love to come to work and feel accomplishment when they go home. What this all means is that a mission should embody the intangible characteristics of an organization that cannot be captured in one long hard to remember statement and for these reasons our mission is only two words,
