Custom Design FAQ
How do I create a custom design item?
All you need to do to create a custom design item is submit a drawing of your design, including the color, and size specifications through our custom order form. One of our design specialists will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your design, and then we'll have one of our graphic artists render a comp of your design for your approval. (Note: All draft iterations of designs are the property of EWR Outdoor, llc. Final approved custom designs are the property of the submitting customer. We recommend you copyright your designs for your future protection.)
Earth, Wind and Rider offers 1 hour of design services with each order. We can also provide additional design services that are subject to additional fees. We provide a secure ftp site made just for you to view your renderings from any Internet connection, anywhere your bike takes you, as long as you have enough Bars! All you need to do to get started is to download our Questionnaire and email it back to us with any logo files to info@ewroutdoor.com.
Production Art
Are the files we create to direct the factory in creating your jersey. Each embroidery location has a specific file associated with it as do the front and back of the rendering. We use these files to first create a Strike-off for your approval of the embroidery and then to apply stitching onto your jersey. There is a $100 Production Art fee with every jersey we make. Reorders are not subject to any additional design costs.

Did you know that we have, in-house, veteran clothing designers who have over 20 years experience... and not merely fashion, but brand development and illustration, as well. Most all of the jerseys in our gallery were either created or adapted for production in our design department. We have an unbridled passion for wool.
